Mouth is one of the most important parts of your body. It plays an important role in sucking, facial expression, eating, drinking, and breathing. I know you’re wondering on how to take care of it, right? Here are the 7 tips that you may find useful and easy to follow.

1.  Smile is one of the first things that a person notices and if you noticed that your smile contains lots of cavities and food particles, although it is somehow funny for some instances that you have a food particle in your mouth yet you’re simply making a bad impressions. Brush, floss, and visit the dentist regularly to keep your teeth healthy.

2. Place a liberal amount of chap stick on right before you sleep if you are having problem remembering during the day. This will help reduce the flakes and cuts, especially during winter, and your lips will be plump and healthy when you wake up

3. Brushing and flossing your teeth regularly is sometimes not enough to prevent your teeth from tooth decay. Visit your dentist regularly is still advisable.

4. Carry mints and/or gums around are the best way to keep your breath stays fresh always.

5. Brushing is a great habit in taking care of your teeth but leaving toothpaste around the corners of  your teeth is a big NO! So after brushing ensure that there is no crusty white residue around your mouth.

6. To avoid chapped lips, keep chap stick on hand whenever the weather is cold because chapped lips is annoying and it doesn’t even exactly scream “Kiss Me!”.

7. Everybody should be striving to have white teeth, it is not only for girls but it is also for you to boost your confidence. Luckily, you can get some teeth whitening products from stores and you can do it yourself. However, to make sure that the product you bought is good for your teeth, ask your dentist first.
